Tâm Lê stepped into the cashew industry right after graduating from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City — choosing a path few of her peers were drawn to at the time: agricultural exports. It seemed an unconventional move, yet more than fifteen years on, the choice has proven itself. Long enough to understand that cashews are never just a commodity — they are a story of people, of land, and of the trust built between buyer and seller.
The journey has not been a straight line. Some seasons brought wild swings in raw material prices. Some shipments had to be reworked because a single quality parameter fell short. Some partners came and went, while a few buyers have stayed all the way through. Each chapter taught the same lesson — credibility is not built on big promises, but on quietly doing exactly what was agreed, even when no one is watching.
What has kept her in the industry for so long is a simple conviction: Vietnamese cashews deserve a stronger place on the global map. Not because they are cheap, but because of genuine quality, processing craft, and the farmers who stand behind every harvest.
