Hand-pick ripe cherries → Mechanical de-pulping → Fermentation 12–36h in water tanks → Thorough washing to remove all mucilage → Drying on raised beds or mechanical dryer to ≤12.5% moisture. Delivers a clean, sweet cup with bright winey acidity — the SCA specialty standard for Vietnamese Arabica.

02 Commercial

Wet Polished

Mechanical de-pulping → Wet hulling → Polishing to remove remaining silverskin under moisture conditions. Yields a visually premium bean with low defect count and consistent cup performance. Suited for buyers requiring Arabica with superior physical presentation alongside clean cup quality.
