Mechanically hulled to remove the outer husk, then machine-sorted and polished to remove silverskin residue. The result is a visually uniform, dry-hulled bean with consistent moisture content. 02 Premium

Wet Polished

Mechanical de-pulping → Fermentation in water tanks (mucilage removal) → Washing → Drying → Polishing after wet hulling. Delivers a clean cup with bright acidity and reduced defect count — the industry premium standard for specialty Robusta buyers in EU and Japan.

1. Packaging Options

  • Jute Bags 60kg: Export standard — natural fibers allow the bean to breathe and maintain stable moisture throughout transit.
  • PP Big Bags ~1.5 MT: For large volumes — moisture-resistant with thick liner, suitable for industrial roasters.

2. Pre-Shipment Requirements

  • TCVN 1279:1993: Vietnamese standard for green coffee packaging, labeling, storage and transport.
  • Moisture: ≤ 12.5% — strictly controlled across the full lot before container stuffing.
  • Visual Inspection: Whole-lot visual check — black/broken bean ratio and foreign matter kept to contracted minimums.
