Third-Party Inspection
Transparent from lab to port of destination
On buyer request, HotaNuts coordinates with independent inspection bodies — SGS, Vinacontrol, Cafecontrol — to issue pre-shipment inspection (PSI) reports. Third-party test results are included in the full shipment documentation package. HotaNuts also offers standalone inspection and container-loading supervision with third parties, even when the trade itself is not brokered through HotaNuts.

Every shipment is accompanied by a complete quality documentation package including COA (Certificate of Analysis), phytosanitary certificate and any market-specific documents required by the importing country.
In the event of a quality issue, HotaNuts commits to coordinating a resolution within 48 hours of receiving official notification.
