Cat Hoa Loc and Cat Chu mango from Dong Thap and Tien Giang provinces — dried at low temperature to preserve the natural golden colour and clean sweet flavour. No artificial preservatives. Moisture 16–20% gives the chewy texture preferred by Japanese, Korean and EU consumers.
