Arabica Ground

Single-origin Lâm Đồng Arabica → specialty grind sizes (medium-fine for drip / fine for espresso). Cup: clean, sweet, winey acidity. Use case: specialty coffee shops, retail bags 250g–500g.

02 Standard

Robusta Ground

Robusta G1 or G2 base → flexible grind sizes. Cup: bold, low acidity, peanut-caramel. Use case: industrial vending machines, HORECA bulk, traditional Vietnamese phin-filter market.

03 Blend

Blend Ground

Common: 70R/30A (Italian-style espresso) · 50/50 (balanced) · 30R/70A (specialty-leaning). Buyer specifies the exact ratio — HotaNuts blends post-roast, pre-grind for accuracy.

2. Storage Requirements

  • Conditions: Cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight — ambient humidity below 65%.

  • Lead Time: 21–35 days from grind spec, artwork and formula confirmation.

Vacuum/N₂ ground coffee packs are cartoned, palletized and loaded into FCL — inspected before sealing. HotaNuts sends loading photos and seal number before vessel cut-off.
