Vietnamese Cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) — the highest cinnamaldehyde content in the cassia family. Grown in Yen Bai (>40% of national output), with essential oil ≥3–5% and cinnamaldehyde in essential oil at 93.3%. Supplied as whole bark, broken, sticks or powder (60–80 mesh) — to the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries worldwide.
